BRENT FARRELL
ReCraft Construction Services, LLC (formerly Farrell Enterprises) changed its name after earning a Green Certification from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Research Center. Brent Farrell, the founder and managing owner, graduated in 1992 from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors of Science degree from the College of Engineering. He has also completed over 60 hours of architecture and design classes at Texas Tech University.
Brent led a successful career as a Sales Engineer for Westinghouse and BMC Software for many years before getting into the home remodeling business. His first home renovation was a cottage in Houston’s exclusive West University area which he bought, remodeled and sold in 2003. Brent continues to purchase and ‘flip’ older homes where he sees potential for the home to have a second life. Previous owners are thrilled to see the homes they had given up on rejuvenated. After a steady increase in demand, ReCraft now also provides remodeling services to homeowners who want to update and upgrade their own homes.
Brent and the ReCraft team focus on the customer’s vision, goals and budget. We use only the highest quality materials and craftsmanship.
We realized that we had an opportunity to take our renovation projects to the next level with additional environmentally friendly steps. In 2009 ReCraft earned its NAHB Research Center GREEN CERTIFICATION! We can provide green remodeling that ranges from light green to dark green based on the needs and desires of our customers.
JAMES URBANI
James Urbani joined the ReCraft team in 2007 as project supervisor and quickly proved to be an integral part of our business with his honest, trustworthy nature, good work ethic and focus on details. James’ role is to oversee and coordinate all of the work being done at a job site, which means ensuring the work is done right, that the various subcontractors are working in concert and the work is done efficiently.
Custom building comes naturally to James. His father was a custom builder in Houston for over 30 years, and started putting James to work on job sites at a young age. James became a full time employee at his father’s company at the age of nineteen and they worked side-by-side for over 12 years. Before joining the ReCraft team, James was in supervisory positions with major builders such as Weekly Homes and Village Builders, and has overseen the construction of well over 500 new homes as well as hundreds of remodeled homes. James has over 23 years of experience building and remodeling high end homes.
ReCraft is proud to have been awarded the very first "NAHB Research Center Green Certified" Certificate in the City of Houston for its medical center Green remodel!
